Agile is a philosophy, a culture, and a set of management practices that can greatly impact the efficiency and efficacy of an organisation. In today’s day and age, HR has fought hard to find its seat at the executive table, however, its battle is far from over. While organisations are starting to embrace the added value that HR brings to an executive conversation, HR professionals are still tasked to deal with projects that are IR related, recruitment focused, and task driven.
Unfortunately, HR’s strategic focus is often hindered by the perception that this role is still to support rather than lead. However, HR must take charge in driving this change and setting new professional HR standards in Human Resources and people management practices.
This course focuses on transforming the traditional perception of HR into one that embraces the true role of HR as agile, in a VUCA environment. The purpose of this role is to build a shared understanding of how agile HR can create added value between a business, its customer and its employees.
The Agile Human Resources Online Short Course will equip you with an understanding of what a future-focused HR model looks like. You will learn how to implement agile-based techniques to enhance your own HR work scenarios and be able to recommend a business solution based on HR risk. This will ensure that you become a trusted business partner and play a pivotal role in the productivity of the business.
